Frustrating, ttc

I had two miscarriages in 2018, it was and still is a very rough time for me. Now that I really have the urge to get pregnant, I found out that I have hormone problems. I had my cycle in December 2018 then I was looking to see it January and it never came until March and now 2 months after.

Can I get some opinions, on how to go about my first step????

Anyone with the same situation as mine ???
