Vagina cut ?? Help please

last week on Wednesday I had sex with my boyfriend for the first time and we didnt have lube so we had to just use saliva and the next day I woke up with what feels like a cut on my vagina opening then Saturday night we tried to have sex again and it really stung like hurt a lot and it still does now it’s only on one side and it feels like a cut but hasn’t bled I have had more discharge than usual but it doesn’t smell or anything it feels like if someone poured acid on it it doesn’t Always hurt when I pee only sometimes is there anything I can do to make it heal faster or has any experienced the same thing ???
