Will baby’s eyes be blue or brown? Pic included

My baby is 4 days old. I have brown eyes and my husband has blue eyes. Do you think baby’s will be dark or light?

I think it’s too early to say, my daughter had piercing blue eyes when she was born now at 5 months they are a hazel/green colour 😊

It’s way too early to tell. My husband and I both have hazel eyes, and our son was born with the most electric blue eyes. It’s always the first thing that people comment on when they see him. We were certain they would darken, but he’s over 14 months, and they haven’t changed at all. They still could, but we’re not convinced anymore because there hasn’t been any change at all yet.

My daughter’s eyes still look like that at 15 but my other daughter was born with the same eye color and they stayed like that until she was 4, then turned green, and when she hit puberty at 13, they turned hazel.  So no way to really know yet!  I have hazel eyes and their dad has blue eyes but we have a rainbow of eye colors on each side of the family 😂
