Pms symptoms before BFP

Today is Cd 18 5DPO 9Days before AF. Yesterday i had pms symptoms (sore boobs cramps back pains) and they all went away like i feel perfectly fine. The day after I ovulated i had cramps and lower back pain that went away. (Also im only tracking my ovulation through glow so i may have ovulated sooner ? Also with creamy CM that stretches and usually after ovulation before AF im DRYYYY:.. Are these possible signs of pregnancy?
