Trouble breastfeeding a 2 week old

Sydney

My baby is two weeks old and he won’t latch on to me. At first I thought maybe it was because my nipple won’t stay hard or even get hard enough. Then I thought maybe it’s because I don’t have enough colostrum. I eventually produced more of that after he was about 3 days old. Still wouldn’t latch. Now I’m producing milk. I was producing a lot. Enough to where I usually had 5 tubes in hand in the fridge. But now ever since yesterday I can’t produce nearly as much. I am at the point where I have to pump before his feeding and sometimes I’m barely pushing making it to how much he is needing. I’ve been trying to get him to latch a couple times today and last night but no luck. My boyfriend looked it up and one of the reasons where because of jaundice or too small of a mouth. And he did have jaundice and he is pretty tiny so maybe his mouth is too small. Anyways, any advice on maybe why he won’t latch or why my milk supply is being so off? It’s starting to really stress me out. Thank you!
