When did you stop taking pregnancy test?

I love this app and seeing everyone’s story but being a FTM seeing post about chemical pregnancies has me soo worked up and worried. I still am testing even after I very clearly got my positive. When did you feel safe enough to stop testing. Emotionally it makes me feel better to do it and to still see the line but mentally I feel like it’s not necessarily a good thing. I want to enjoy the moment but it scares me 😩

After my missed miscarriage from Dec 2018 I don’t feel safe so I take a test every few weeks to see if my lines are staying the same or changing. Honestly I learned that you won’t ever feel safe in pregnancy until your baby is with you. I thought after the first trimester you are clear but no. I know someone that loss their baby at 8 months pregnant. It’s crazy but pregnancy scares the crap out of me.

I only tested once and that was enough for me, but if it makes you feel better, that’s okay. Just don’t be alarmed if the line gets lighter as you progress in your pregnancy. It’s normal for that to happen.

I'm struggling with the same thing. I've been getting positives since Thursday but since my period wasn't even due till Sunday (it didn't show), it was a light line. Obvious like, but not as dark as the control. I've been testing everyday but if the line doesn't change I feel like it's making me crazy. I think I need to give away the rest of my tests bc I have bad anxiety and I think it's making it worse. How did you fare in this situation? Did you eventually stop testing?

My little one is wiggling about as I write this and I still get the urge to poas. 😅 I think its normal. Just try not to dwell on it too much
