Need advice asap , (gestational diabetes)

I’m 31 weeks pregnant and was taking only 1 type of insulin at night to help my fasting , I sent my logs over to my dr then she got back to me saying she’s going to send another type of insulin to my pharmacy to take after breakfast, I got the text message saying my prescription is ready and the co-pay comes up to $373. I absolutely can’t afford that right now so idk what to do.
