Back Labor?

For the last couple hours my lower back (out of nowhere I’ll add) started hurting and sporadically I’ll get a cramp in my abdomen. I’m 36 weeks and a FTM so I’m nervous I won’t know when I’m in labor!

I’m currently at work (in a hospital so what better place to be I guess) but I don’t want to be dramatic and call if it’s just like BH or nothing to be concerned about. Buuuut I obviously don’t know what to expect with labor so with every symptom I’m like WHAT IS GOING ON.

I had back labor with my 5th baby...you will know...you wont be able to speak through the contractions...its something that I wouldnt wanna go through again unassisted...I had her at home due to doc at the time wanted to wait to induce me.  I was 40 weeks and 1 day....now I'm pregnant with my 7th due in july!!!!

I had the same problem. I’m 34 weeks. Turns out I have a bladder infection. Don’t hesitate to call your doc if you’re concerned.

Back labor is the most intense pain of my life, like so bad I eventually blacked out and hubs says I was on all fours like a cat, screaming.... I would call and ask to be checked out because it might be something else
