What should I change about myself?

Hi yes so I’m extremely nervous about posting this bc people can be so mean on here (but if it happens it happens 🤷🏻‍♀️). I am wanting to make some big changes in my life like getting my skin under control, losing 15 more pounds (I’ve already gone from 195 to 160), and just trying to look better in general.

Any suggestions on how to do any of that (tummy & thigh weight loss/muscle building) (skin care for aches and scar free skin) (stretch marks & cellulite) or anything else that could use some refining?

Also these pics were taken after a day of work and a work out so sorry I look like a bum but I’m super low maintenance in the summer bc I work outside lol
