Allergies ? Sinus infection? Anxiety over this

Just curious if this has happened to anyone ? My eyes were irritated this morning to me they seemed a bit swollen. My nasal passages are super dry. Around the bridge of my nose like the inner corners of my eyes going down towards my cheekbones are a little swollen. My sinuses are a bit tender. I’ve never had allergies so I’m not sure if i could now or if it’s a sinus issue ? Has anyone had these symptoms. I have terrible anxiety and when i notice a change in my body i begin to panic. 😔 please help. Going to the doctor tomorrow for a physical and will bring it up but i can’t sleep because I’m panicking !!!
