Raised bump on outer vaginal area?

I woke up to an itching sensation on my private area and felt a rather large bump on the vaginal area. I took a look and it looks like a huge Whitehead (disgusting I know)

Im freaking out and going to make a doctors apt right away, but is this normal? Could it just go away? It looks like a pimple and is itchy
