Do embarrassing update

Last night i had sex with my husband and i felt so loose 🤦🏽‍♀️ this is the second time I feel like this. Im 10 months postpartum and at the beginning I didn’t feel loose i was happy that i my vagina went back to normal, but now idk what happened the only thing that have changed is that i been going to the gym and exercising, i lift up weights now, i do boxing, zumba 🤷🏻‍♀️ I really don’t know know my husband saids he likes it that nothing changed, but I don’t like it I don’t feel no strength in my vagina i been doing the kegels exercise and I don’t see any difference. I started crying last night after we had sex he couldn’t believe it and he said he was fine. But a woman knows her body. I called my doctor and she told me if i want to go and have a little surgery there to let her know. But my first daughters was born 7 pounds and 19 and my vagina was able to go back to normal and my second daughter was 6 pounds and 13 onz and how come I can’t go back to normal? I really don’t know wat to do this is really frustrated. Can someone help me please?? Maybe i need to stop stressing can someone relate????

So i went to the Doctor today for my concern about my pelvic floor being weak. He said my tissues are strong, even with one finger he felt the strength in my vagina, he said there’s no need for stitches or surgery he said is probably in my mind and he said to relax and to give it couple of months. Can this issue be mentally? I been so stress lately idk wat to think 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
