A little bit worried....

So I’m 7wk 3 days pregnant I’ve been super sick I’ve been taking zofran I’ve taken about 10 of them total started when I was like 5 wks I’m scared shitless of the baby coming out with defects :( I know there’s nothing I can do just keep checking on the ultrasounds and stuff anyone on here taken zofran and has a healthy baby? My doc proscribed me promethazine now that I will start taking
