Red wine while pregnant

No I don’t drink and don’t plan to. This is about a discussion me and my friend had today, I went over to visit they grilled and almost everyone was drinking...she tried to offer me a glass of wine..I’ll be 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow and she knows this..so it bothered me that she even offered. She began to explain that 1 glass wouldn’t hurt and she actually had up to 3 glasses a week with all 4 of her pregnancies. I just don’t believe this is right. My dr told me straight up (no alcohol)
