Please help calm my fears

Hi all,

My son developed a rash around his neck yesterday and it seems to have spread all over his body just about. Can any help calm my fears? I’ve contacted my doctor twice with pics and they prescribed a powder and said put cortisone on it. If it’s not better then to call back. It just seems to be getting worse ...

Has anyone seen this before? I’m a scared mama!
