Possible twins!! Different shaped sacs? Update

It was twins miscarried Both 👼👼😭

Hello everyone, first time here with possible twins at 5 weeks? I had gone to the er with heavy bleeding and clots thankfully stopped same day was told I would have a miscarriage but my HCG levels remained stable and was told of two possible sacs but one seemed empty? Or just failed to grow? Went in the next day to see the OBGYN and my HCG remained stabled neither drop or rose also noticed a second sac but said might be a cyst in the uterus but not sure? Here is the picture any thoughts or same experiences that ended up being fraternal twins please thank you all! P.s the second sac did drop lower than original which was suspected to be a miscarriage of one but u/s showed both still in uterus and my follow up u/s and blood work is in a week. One is just a big circle the other one is weirdly small shaped.
