Twin dreams?

I've been having dreams that I'm preggo with twins!!! Now I'm extremely nervous about my upcoming ultrasound lol
I have 4 kids already and I would seriously freak out if they told me there is 2!!

Think because there’s been so many twin announcements lately 
Multiples also run in my family 
Scan tomorrow so I’m guessing I’ll find out soon

I had a dream also but I was pregnant with like 5 and when they did an ultrasound it looked like one baby was up by my shoulder. I know that’s not a thing but I was definitely freaked out when I work up. I think I would be a complete mess if I had twins but we shall see. I feel like I am freaking out more about it because I took medication to get pregnant with this baby and there is an increased risk of twins with medication.
