Any tips on natural pregnancy safe depression help? I took cbd oil for it before this pregnancy but my doctor had me stop. Seeing a therapist isn’t optional either because the only ones in the area that accept my insurance will only do daytime appointments and my boss is already super annoyed by my time off for prenatal appointments and classes. I won’t do traditional depression treatments because of both inevitable withdrawals for myself and baby and the risks.
My boyfriend is being a dick though and between him and my hormones, I’m seriously melting down now. I can’t sleep because I can’t stop thinking and it’s very difficult to manage anything but laying in bed crying. I have even started having tearful breakdowns at work.
I really really want to drink (I won’t!) and cut because that’s how I managed before I started cbd.
