Gym progress! And weight/cycle
I've been doing weights and cardio 4-6 day's a week for a little over a month and I'm already seeing progress! I know it's not super drastic but I'm so happy. Plus after being irregular and skipping periods months at a time I've finally been getting my period once a month! I used to take it to heart when my pcm would tell me I'm too fat, and that the reason I can't get pregnant is because I'm overweight, well I finally sucked it up and got on track and it's paying off. So my fellow overweight ladies let me just say weight does play a factor in your cycle, and in my case at least my doctor was right!
