Diagnosed with mdd/ptsd?

I was screened and I have an appointment with a doctor in two weeks, when I was screened it said on file major depression disorder/ptsd . Does this mean I have this or could possibly have this? Any experiences ? What are the chances ? Not to sound naive, it’s still kind of a lot to take in because I can’t believe I actually got the courage to seek help, I always thought it was in my head .
