Would you be able to tell if a female condom has broken?

My boyfriend and I used a female condom (fc2) tonight. I am not on birth control besides using condoms (not by choice, they cause health issues for me). The condom was left in the car for a few days in the heat, which I know isn’t good.

After we had sex, I checked to make sure it hadn’t broken. I’ve had a male condom break in me once before, and it was VERY noticeable. Like, completely obvious.

There was nothing to indicate the female condom had broken, but just out of curiosity... would I know? Is it possible there could have been a small tear? There was no semen leaking out of the condom that I could see.
