Reaally needing your opinion!

My LO is 6 weeks old and is exclusively breast fed. Lately during feedings she has been latched on for about a minute and then she unlatches, as soon as the let down begins. If I try to put her back on she fusses. However if I offer the other breast she will do the same thing (latch back on just to unlatch). I’m just confused because she’s showing all of the signs of being ready to eat like sticking her tongue out. I have even tried different positions (using breast feeding pillow, laying down). Please help! 🥺
