Help Rash !

Help ! I started getting itchy on my chest , under boob area about a week - week and a half ago ... it wasn’t red , just itchy , now this past week it started to get little cuts from all the scratching ... I thought it was because in the morning I would wake up in a huge puddle of milk , or maybe the soap I used , for the past few days I have made sure to use no soaps on the breast ... I have tried yes tree oil with no help . My baby has no signs of contracting the rash I have going on . Any body experience this ?
