My best fitness tips are...

1) CONSISTENCY, making yourself workout, even when you’re on your period and feel like doing absolutely nothing. if it’s only 30 minutes, do it! Anything is better then nothing

2) EATING healthy, and often! With lots of protein. I average around 100g protein per workout day.

3)so much WATER . you should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for each pound you weigh, every day. It’s hard sometimes to keep up on water, so I have a water flavoring that I add sometimes. Way more healthy then a soda and still keeping me hydrated!

4) PATIENCE, a fit body does not come over night. When you build muscle you are literally pushing it to the point of breaking, so it can heal bigger and stronger.

5) EMBRACE the BURN, it’s gonna hurt, so learn to love it, pain is progress! No pain, no gains. I personally find this very therapeutic for myself, I can channel all my stress and anxiety out, and it lets me start the day with a clear mind.
