Birth Control Time
so i’m on my second pack of Junel Fe, a combination pill, to try and relieve my painful periods. for the first week of my first pack i tried taking the pills around 9:30 so i knew i’d be home but it would make me feel sick at night, so i started to take it with dinner. it definitely took away the nausea, but now i’m concerned about the timing of taking my pill everyday. i strive to take it around 6:30 but my dinner time varies between 5:30-7:30. if i take it between those two hours everyday does it still work the same?? does not taking it at the exact same time everyday change the effectiveness of the pill at all?
