Doctor said to buy my baby bumpers...what do you recommend?

Okay so I know that bumpers aren’t considered safe... but my son is 9 months and he keeps hitting his head on his crib. So the doctor recommended I put bumpers in the crib. 
What do you recommend? Any brand?

i’m getting the mesh bedliner type things you can find at walmart or target!

If they’re secured completely and he can roll away, go for it. 
My daughter used to hang her legs out at that age and ended up getting her leg stuck in the crib bars. 
We were recommended the same. 
I put the bumpers on and used heavy duty thread to add more bindings which I secured to the unde part of the crib so it had even less give to be pulled.

The risks aren’t just suffocating- if baby can stand then they can use them to climb and fall out- possibly on their head. I personally won’t be using any kind of bumper ever. However I did see some the other day that Velcro individually to each bar but couldn’t find anywhere if they were safe or not.

At o months he can move his head. They only say no bumpers, stuffers, blankets until they can move around.
