My doctor had me taking 2 daily starting at week 12 and ending at week 36 to help prevent pre-e, which it did. Im almost 37 weeks with no signs of it showing this pregnancy.

Yes. Once per day. But you shouldn’t take it without OB saying to. My OB wouldn’t start me on it until 16 weeks.

My OB has me take it once a day starting at 10 weeks. Check with your OB on if they want you to take it or not.

I take it 1x a day to prevent  preeclampsia.... as I am 40 and at higher risk for developing it. I started it week 11.
