Does it look like baby has dropped? 37 weeks 4 days.

I've been losing blood tinged mucousy discharge for 5 days now and have had crazy back and abdominal pain with a lot of very painful pelvic pressure. Every muscle in my lower region is so sore. I can hardly walk or roll out of bed. I've had some contractions too. After comparing pictures, I feel like i have dropped. Each picture was taken a day apart. In order from oldest to most recent. What do you think? Has baby been dropping or is being impatient and anxious making me see things?
