Lower cramps

FTM so I don't have much experience with all the weird things I've been feeling. I'm 18w5d and just above my hips, I had some intermittent cramping sensations on both sides, one after the other while I was on a walk. Didn't feel like gas and it didn't hurt enough for me to need to sit down but it was noticeable and didn't feel great. Is this the round ligament pain I've read about?
