Uhhh question...

So i am on the mini pill (northindrone/heather) which is a progestin only pill. Well i take it every night at exactly 10 pm. Well tonight i made sure to take it at 10pm as usual and a little after midnight I puked. What do i do? Am i still safe? Also 4 days into my period
