Hpv? Im nervous/scared

If I have HPV and a guy eats me out. Will he get it? 
I don’t know much about it but I’m going to the doctor soon. i dont have warts or symptoms 
Also, will I have it forever or can I get rid of it?

Yes he can get it. My dad got throat cancer because of getting hpv that way...that was an interesting conversation to have with my parents...
