Dilated?

Hey guys I’m being induced the 18th well the night of the 17th if I haven’t dilated. My doctor said that I’m starting to open but she can’t declare me as a one just yet. Anything y’all know to help speed the process along?

Dancing definitely helps look up pregnancy/labor dance on youtube theres a bunch it's mainly just a bunch of movement of your hips and stuff. This was my 3rd pregnancy and I tried a lot of stuff all pregnancies and nothing helped but the night I went into labor this time I done this dance in my living room with my 1yr old that day by 10pm I was in active labor

Sex, Evening Primrose Oil, yoga, bouncing on a yoga ball, and this one might sound weird, but swinging (of course take caution while doing this one) hope this helps!!! Good luck!
