Ultrasound experts please help

So I had an early ultrasound at 15 weeks and was told a girl. I was happy but since yesturday I've been feeling like maybe it could be wrong. The baby had her feet covering her parts for most of the time and then the tech took this pic and said above the arrow is the lines for a girl. Now I feel like they mistaken her toes for girl parts and to make things more confusion, I feel like I see a shadow of boy parts in the background. Let me know what you guys think.
