Depo cleanse

I recently got a depo shot on April 25. I haven’t had a period since then. It was my first and only shot ever. I want to know how to get it out of my system faster so I can conceive. What reproductive cleanse is recommended for me? I want to start ovulation again soon. I was due for my next shot in July but im not going so that’s when it will end. But I want to try to get it out before then
