Tooth emergency! 🚨

This is probably a long shot but I want to know if anyone has any experience with something similar. So my 8 month old fell today, she hit her mouth and had to have her tooth removed. Because it’s a weekend we talked to the on call dentist but he said there is nothing he can do until the morning.. I cannot forgive myself for letting this happen.. I have looked online and couldn’t find much on it but what I did see was people saying it happens to toddlers a lot and could cause speech issues.. What can I expect at the dentist tommorow?? Will her speech be messed up? Will she just have a gaping hole there until she gets her adult teeth? I can’t stop crying, thankfully she’s in good spirits and seems to be ok now. Any help appreciated
