Hopefully someone can help

Last night right after sex I went to pee and right after I peed I felt a weird tingly sensation. Also there some blood in my urine. I’m 18 and I don’t know who to talk to about this, so please leave a comment. Both me and my bf have no STD’s. And I was at a party drinking yesterday so I had plenty of liquids. I’m very confused and concerned and I really don’t wanna go see a doctor

(Also me and my bf don’t have sex a lot, last time we did it was 2 or 3 weeks ago) And before we had sex yesterday I didint feel the tingly sensation.
