Has this happened to anyone else?

So I had what they call a “chemical pregnancy” so basically I had a super early miscarriage. Well o had my period which was different from my other periods I’ve had but then a week later I started spotting for several days straight then it let up a little and started back. I have endo and PCOS and this is the first cycle that I have started taking progesterone which my dr said to ignore the spotting and start the progesterone like normal but I’m just wonder if anyone has had this sort of long term spotting and was still able to get pregnant. I’m really hoping I’ll be able to get pregnant this cycle but I’ve been spotting a lot more then i ever have in the past
