Husband doesn’t have time for me

I’ve been feeling pretty bad lately, and all I want is to talk to my husband. He’s in the military and works a lot, then is exhausted and has little to no time for me. My mental health is starting to plummet as my best friend no longer has the time or energy for me. I’m not really sure what to do as I know he’s working hard and I don’t want to make him feel bad since he’s doing the best he can, but I’m suffering.

He knows, but asks what I expect him to do given the circumstances.
