Am I pregnant/ 16 years?!

Hi Iv been having sex with my boyfriend for almost two months now. I’m not the pill but accidentally left the pack in the (very hot ) car, which iv read can mess it up. When I started my pill I have my period for 2 weeks strait. And now it’s been a few weeks(not sure exactly because I haven’t been tracking) without one, I think it’s just part of the process but could it be pregnancy? I was babysitting a little bit with down syndrome and a couple other disabilities and he kept pointing to my belly saying “ there is a baby in there” even though we were watching Nemo and nothing about babies was discussed. Then I feel like my boobs are tender but I may be paranoid. Also Iv been eating so much lately and peeing a lot (but I feel like Iv been drinking more water) then lastly iv been very tired. I got 12 hours of sleep last night and am ready to go to bed early tonight. Any advice? Am I just paranoid? When should I take a pregnancy test?
