Ovulation cramping

I have a def positive ovulation strip this morning after a few faint positives. This is my first month using opk so I am hoping for the best. When I woke up today I have some mild to severe cramping in my lower abdomen. I have read that cramping can happen during ovulation but does anyone think this app and being so crazy about TTC gives you "imaginary" symptoms! Sometimes I feel like I am going totally crazy!
