TTC to conceive after miscarriage in April

Hi all....I had an early miscarriage at 8 weeks in April...got my 1st period on 14th May and lasted for 3 days like normal period... after 2 days of my period we did bed without safety assuming I’ll not fall pregnant that soon before ovulation,after which we did but with protection....I feel all possible symptoms of pregnancy like sore breasts sticky mucus high Temperature even now...I’m due for my period in 4 days...is there any chances of I being pregnant now...we don’t want this this soon as our doc suggested to at least take 3 months break.this is my third miscarriage in last 1 and half yrs. I’m desperate for kid but don’t want to plan right away...please suggest.
