Saggy boobs - pls help!

Okay girls, I really need your help!

I started weight lifting a few months ago, and I lost my boobs! From DD cup to half empty B 😭 Having smaller boobs is great while I have my clothes and bra on me but when I take it off they are saggy, like an empty bags, like I look flat chested but my nipples are on the halfway to my ribs.

I tried bench press, chest press machine, pec dec machine, chest flies, every single possible workout for chest, and I do have visible pecks but the excess skin make my boobs look very sad.

I’m not into gaining weight because I’m healthier now then ever, but I do have a problem to accept my new saggy boobs.

While I’m trying to embrace my new body, does anyone have an idea how to make girls less saggier and more perky (beside boob job)?
