How long after waking do u give breakfast

I'll have a one year old in 2 weeks! No more bottles so I'm wondering how to change up the schedule

Usually they have a bottle when they wake up then solid breakfast 2 hours later (because I get ready for work and drive them to the baby sitter and then they eat with the baby sitter)

But with no bottles / formula what do I do? How soon do they need breakfast and whole milk after waking up?
