Twin bed or full?

How long did your kids stay in a twin bed before switching to a full? Thinking about getting our son a normal bed instead of his crib and wondering if we should just get him a full right now and skip the twin or if he’ll be in a twin for a while. Thanks!

I had a twin bed until I graduated college...unless my kids are giants, they will enjoy twin beds for the foreseeable future.

My sister switched my niece and nephew to a full when they turned 13.

My daughter had a twin bed until she hit 9. She still had room but we have 3 lathe dogs who like to join her and it was way to small. My son is going right to a full because we have an extra bed in the guest room we will be using

Once my kid grows out of hus small toddler bed possible 3 or 4 hell go straight into full bed
