How accurate are these strips?!?!

I have just started using these LH strips. This one says my LH is getting pretty high but I haven’t even ended my period yet. The reason I took one this morning was because this was a super irregular “period” that I’m not totally convinced it was. It came 6 days early and I never got a heavy flow, which I usually do. For 4 days it’s been dark brown and only one day did I get some red blood but I never had enough to fill a tampon. My periods have been super regular since my MC and D&C in February. I wanted to know what you all think. I’m trying so hard for my rainbow baby!
