what would you say you absolutely need during a hangover

I am making a “oh shit kit” for my friends birthday since we’re going away for the weekend , what are some hang over essentials you absolutely need? (Besides the reg Advil and water regiment)

Pedialite, a night mask so she can sleep in the next morning without the sun bothering her, and one of those b4 drinks for the night you’re drinking (they’re supposed to lessen the hangover effects)

Personally I need 
- lots of sleep if possible 
- really dark shades if I’ll be going outside at all (because I’m so sensitive to lights when hungover like even being in a bright store hurts).
- Gatorade 
- Goody’s powder
- Toast, bread or waffles (I usually eat toast right after I get home to soak up the alcohol). 
I rarely ever get that wasted anymore but when I do those are my lifesavers.
