2nd D&C muscle soreness

So I just went through my second D&C was on Friday morning. I have been feeling fine since then a little cramping and some very mild bleeding. But I woke up this morning and my whole body feels sore and achy. Even my jaw is sore today? Anyone have this same reaction days after their procedure or is it that I just slept wrong. The first procedure I had a muscle soreness a couple days later but nothing really like this. Thanks in advance for any comments.
