Help me please I’m nervous!

Hi so my period was supposed to start two days ago

But it hasn’t started yet

However, two days ago I did start having cramps

They’re not as painful or long lasting as period cramps, rather fleeting

I also have tender breasts

I haven’t had penetrative sex, just gone 2nd base

Is this normal? Should I be concerned? Usually when I got my cramps before I used to start my period on the same day

But not happening right now
