Period or miscarriage? Should I go to the ER? *very graphic picture*

So on May 30th I started having very light spotting off and with very tiny little pieces of blood clot looking things... like the sizes of rice. On June 4th I got a full blown period that has not stopped. It’s been very heavy bleeding and with bigger blood clots. I woke up at 5am this morning because I was passing blood clots in my sleep which I never have happen. I went to the bathroom and pushed to pass another blood clot, a minute or so later (still on toilet) I pass another blood clot. The thing is...they are huge!!! Like almost as long as my index finger and thick. And my blood is like bright, bright red when I wipe. Usually my period blood is a bit darker. The crazy thing is I’m experience no cramping, to a slight twinge of pain every now and then. And that’s not normal for me, I’m usually eating midol like they’re m&m’s. I’ve attached a picture. This is one of the three blood clots I passed in a row over the course of a few minutes. Any help anyone...I’m really quite worried.
