Kinda worried tho I may just be scaring myself

Okay so my period's a little weird and it makes me so mad sometimes cause it gets caught up with my mom's. Me and my partner did the pullout method on my second day of the fertility window and I'm sure he pulled out at the right time cause he came on my stomach but I haven't really had any symptoms of pregnancy except for cramping and a little nausea but I'm kinda sure my nausea is from my anxiety, cause I scare myself easily but my boobs haven't changed at all and I haven't had any spotting so...is it just me scaring myself? My period's also in 3 days so I'm just wondering cause like rn, I'm cramping a lot and I haven't been able to sleep
